Sam provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and growth capital advisory services to software companies. He works closely with both emerging and established software vendors and their shareholders, guiding them through complex strategic decisions to maximize value and drive sustainable growth. His advisory role spans a diverse range of software subsectors, with a particular focus on vertical software applications (e.g., GovTech, Industrial / Utility / Energy etc.) and enterprise automation vendors.

Sam has developed a deep analytical expertise in serving software vendors across multiple subsectors. Throughout his tenure, he has built a strong track record of successfully executing transactions that align with his clients’ strategic goals. His comprehensive understanding of the software industry landscape and transaction dynamics enables him to provide insightful, tailored advice that helps clients navigate competitive and evolving markets.

Sam began his career at Lincoln, joining the Technology Group in 2020.

Sam graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, earning a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in finance.
