Akshat provides valuation and credit analysis services across complex private credit and private equity transactions, including restructurings, refinancings and acquisitions. His clients include private equity firms, private credit leaders and venture funds. Akshat’s focus is delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and uphold the rigorous standards of fair value, capital structure and portfolio transparency.

Early in his career, Akshat developed a strong foundation in analytical problem-solving by working across time-sensitive and complex assignments. His approach is rooted in being reliable, solutions-oriented and detail-driven. Consistent communication and a willingness to go the extra mile have helped Akshat build trust and long-term partnerships.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Akshat worked in Houlihan Lokey’s portfolio valuations practice, supporting the India and U.S. offices. Earlier in his career, he worked in business valuations at PwC.

Akshat is a Chartered Accountant with a concentration in finance, as designated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
