Josh provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to consumer companies across various sectors, including pet, apparel, consumer products and services, e-commerce and direct-to-consumer.

Josh has extensive experience advising clients on joint ventures, partnerships, sell-side and cross-border M&A, term loan restructuring and capital raise assignments. He works closely with clients to understand their unique goals, enabling him to guide them through the complexities of a transaction.

Josh has spent his entire career at Lincoln, joining as an Analyst in 2017. While primarily based in Los Angeles, he also worked in the firm’s London office in 2019 and Amsterdam office in 2020.

Josh holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, where he graduated cum laude as part of the honors business program.
