Peter Batliner

Peter provides tailored mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services across the utility and infrastructure services landscape, as well as the energy transition, power and infrastructure (EP&I) ecosystem. With over a decade at Lincoln, he has extensive experience advising private equity groups, Fortune 500 companies, successful entrepreneurs and private business owners.

Peter specializes in working with a variety of business models, including contracting and construction; outsourced maintenance, repair, upgrade and deployment; infrastructure support services; and test, inspection, certification and compliance services. He has gained significant expertise and knowledge of the business dynamics that drive these sectors, enabling him to maximize outcomes for clients.

Peter has spent his entire career at Lincoln since joining in 2015. He is also actively involved in Lincoln’s technology initiatives and recruiting and training programs.

Peter earned a Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
