Roshan Raghuram

Roshan specializes in reviewing and performing valuations for numerous companies owned by private equity, credit, and venture capital funds. He leverages his deep understanding of the private market industry and its valuation landscape to provide complex and accurate valuations.

Specializing in serving a diverse clientele, Roshan provides valuations for clients including private equity firms, private credit institutions, hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds across the U.S., Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions. His solutions-oriented approach is centered on precision and tailored to individual client needs.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Roshan worked at Houlihan Lokey in its portfolio valuations and fund advisory practice. Earlier in his career, he held valuation roles at Kroll and Deloitte Financial Advisory Group.

Roshan earned his Master of Business Administration from the T.A. Pai Management Institute, focusing on banking and finance. He holds a Bachelor in Commerce from Sardar Patel College.
