Ryan provides capital advisory services to private equity-backed businesses, helping companies and sponsors raise financing to support growth, acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations and refinancings. As part of Lincoln International’s Capital Advisory Group, Ryan works across multiple verticals to deliver tailored financing solutions.

With nearly a decade of transaction experience, Ryan has advised a diverse range of borrowers across the credit spectrum, solving complex financing challenges. He combines financing expertise with a hands-on advisory approach to deliver exceptional service and impactful outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Ryan was a Manager in KPMG’s debt advisory team, where he focused on leveraged finance solutions for LBO transactions. Previously, he worked at Ondra Partners, advising large-cap clients on debt capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in finance and investment banking from the University of Greenwich, completing his degree in just two years.
